Watch: The Future Of Ferguson | Vibe →

Traveled to Ferguson for VIBE Magazine and produced this piece titled “The Future of Ferguson,” in which we asked residents what lies next for the St. Louis suburb. Check it out at http://bit.ly/1oNMjTu.

Without rest, a man cannot work; without work, the rest does not give you any benefit.

The Many Faces of Robin Williams →

The Los Angeles Times pays tribute to the many characters he played on the silver screen.

"I AM: A Young Black Man" - Short clip, produced two years ago in the aftermath of the murder of Trayvon Martin.

Time to save the world. Where in the world is all the time?

I am not advocating riots or violence, but…

…you can murder, rape, and disenfranchise a people for so long before they fight back.

People calling for “peaceful, nonviolent” means of protest: ask yourself, what does ‘peace’ mean to you?

Does ‘peace’ mean that people of color should *quietly* protest systemic racism that enables the continuous murder of our children?

Does ‘peace’ mean “go to the voter booth to change the laws!” when laws are being rewritten to prevent people of color from voting?

Does ‘peace’ mean “educate yourself” in crumbling schools, while we send money overseas for meaningless wars that our children fight?

I have an idea of what ‘peace' is. And sitting idly as our children die at the hands of merciless cops ain't it.
